Testimonianza dal training PASSI (Ercolano, Italia): apprendimento, collaborazione internazionale e consigli ai futuri partecipanti.
What did you learn or discover during the PASSI training that will be most useful in your daily work as a youth worker?
During PASSI, I learned to observe behavior more systematically, communicate in ways that reduce conflict, and design activities based on strengths rather than deficits. These strategies will help me support youth more effectively and respond to challenges with confidence.
How did the international environment and collaboration with other participants influence your learning experience?
The international environment really enriched my learning. Collaborating with participants from different countries gave me new perspectives on youth work and showed me creative ways to handle common challenges. Sharing experiences helped me reflect on my own practice, see what works well, and discover strategies I can adapt. It was also motivating to connect with a network of peers facing similar situations—it makes me feel part of a supportive, global community
What message or advice would you give to future participants from your country who will join Erasmus+ projects like PASSI next year?
Be open, curious, and ready to participate—listen to others and share your own experiences. Embrace the diversity of perspectives, reflect on what you learn, and think about how to apply it in your daily work. And don’t forget to build connections—these peers can become a lasting source of inspiration and support.
